No Guaranteed Returns

QuantX does not guarantee profits, returns, or trading success. Past performance does not indicate future results. All trading involves risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Any claims of profitability or success rates are not representative of what you may achieve.

Trading Risk

Trading in stocks, derivatives, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. No Portfolio Management

QuantX does not manage portfolios, execute discretionary trading, or provide portfolio management services. We provide software tools that help you define rules, practice strategies, and execute trades through your broker. All trades are initiated by you or based on rules you define.

User Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all trading decisions, outcomes, and consequences. QuantX is not liable for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes resulting from your use of the platform, your trading decisions, or market movements.

No Warranty

QuantX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or accuracy of data. Software bugs, market data delays, or technical issues may occur. You use the platform at your own risk.

Data Collection

We collect the following data:

• Account information: email, name, login credentials (encrypted)
• Trading preferences: strategy rules, risk settings, journal entries
• Subscription data: plan type, payment status, billing information
• Usage data: login times, feature usage, performance metrics

Data We Do Not Store

We explicitly do not store:

• Broker passwords or API secrets (only encrypted session tokens)
• Your funds or bank account details
• Permanent position or portfolio data
• Personal financial information beyond subscription billing

Data Usage

We use collected data to provide service functionality, improve user experience, process subscriptions, and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. We follow security best practices and conduct regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet.

Broker Data

When you connect your broker, we fetch data live via official broker APIs. This data includes positions, balances, orders, and market data. We cache minimal data temporarily for performance. Most broker data is not permanently stored.

Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law or for legal compliance purposes.

Your Rights

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuantX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use QuantX. You must be legally permitted to trade in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws and regulations.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Misrepresent yourself or provide false information

Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Auto-renewal is enabled by default. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided within 7 days of initial subscription only.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of Liability

QuantX and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to trading losses, data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QuantX harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of third parties.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
